Aside from the general classes offered in the Gracie Swindon Program, our school offers a set of classes specifically to introduce women to the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Self Defence.
Designed for women, these classes teach BJJ techniques and practical self defence skills. Learn fundamental takedowns, position controls, escapes, and submissions and leave feeling stronger and more empowered than ever.

Our intention is to give women a chance to try out BJJ in as supportive and encouraging an environment as possible. They can then feel confident about joining the mixed classes further down the line, if they want to.
No experience necessary, so complete beginners are always welcome!
