The kids belt path
Every stripe and belt your child earns marks a genuine step forward in skill, discipline and confidence.
From Grey belt onward, kids progress toward blue and the adult belt ranks as teenagers.
Why parents choose us
Jiu-Jitsu works regardless of size or strength, which is exactly why it's one of the best forms of self-defence and confidence-building for children.
Practical skills that work regardless of your child's size — genuinely useful, not just for show.
A structured belt and stripe system gives kids a clear, earned sense of achievement.
Balance, motor skills and agility built through movement games, not boring drills.
A friendship-based team that supports your child both on and off the mat.
What we actually teach
Every class at Gracie Swindon reinforces the same core values our students train by, both in Jiu-Jitsu and in life.
Programmes by age
High-energy games focused on gross motor skills, balance and listening — exclusive to Gracie Swindon. Parents are encouraged to join in.
Fun, fast-paced games and drills that introduce real BJJ movements and beginner technique, with a strong focus on team building.
The same fundamentals seen in our adult classes, adapted into a fun, game-based format that builds genuine skill.
Teenagers take on more challenging techniques while building the discipline and confidence to carry into the adult programme.
